Orders & Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes—Australia-wide via Australia Post and Sendle.
How much is shipping?

Free Standard Shipping on orders ≥ AU$100 (after discounts, before shipping).

Orders < AU$100: Standard/Express rates are calculated at checkout.
What are your handling times?

Most items: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Japanese Pokémon TCG products: 4–5 business days handling.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST/AEDT may start processing the next business day.
How long does delivery take?

Standard: typically 2–8 business days metro / 3–10+ regional & remote.

Express: typically 1–3 business days metro / 2–5+ regional & remote.
(Estimates only; carrier delays can occur.)
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
Yes via Australia Post. Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers, so we’ll route those orders with Aus Post.
Will I get tracking?
Yes—tracking is emailed once your order ships (may take ~24 hours to update).
Authority To Leave (ATL)?
If ATL/safe-drop is selected/available, parcels may be left unattended. Risk transfers once delivered to your address.
What if I put the wrong address?
Contact us ASAP at capy@capycards.com.au. If an order returns due to an incorrect/insufficient address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. ETAs are supplier estimates and can change. We’ll notify you of meaningful delays.
I ordered in-stock and pre-order items together—how do you ship them?
We may hold the order to ship together or split shipments at our discretion. If you need items sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to help (extra postage may apply).
Products & Stock
Are your products authentic?
Yes—factory-sealed, genuine products from authorised distributors (unless clearly stated otherwise for specific listings).
Will you open sealed product?
No—sealed products ship factory-sealed. If a listing says “rip & ship,” the stream/opening details will be noted on the page.
An item shows ‘Sold Out’—will it be restocked?
Hit “Email me when available” (if enabled) on the product page or contact us—we’ll let you know if/when a restock is planned.
Bulk Deals & Sealed Product
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! We offer bulk deals on sealed product (e.g., booster boxes, ETBs, cases) for collectors, stores, and event organisers.

Do you supply sealed cases?
Where available, yes. Case availability varies by release—contact us for current options and lead times.
Can you source Japanese Pokémon TCG at scale?
Usually, yes—note the 4–5 business day handling window for Japanese Pokémon TCG orders and potential supplier lead times.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and Shopify-powered checkouts (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
If you support PayPal/Afterpay/Zip, add them to this line.
Is my payment secure?
Yes—payments are processed via Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store full card details.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
One code per order unless stated otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Please see our Returns Policy page for the full details. In general:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns (unopened, resaleable condition; exclusions apply).

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email capy@capycards.com.au within 48–72 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist quickly.
Trading cards & sealed product
We can’t guarantee specific pulls/ratios. Factory-sealed product is not returnable once opened unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
